During the lesson at the school on Evebay, the radiator exploded (video)

During classes in the elementary school of Monodri, a radiator pipe exploded in Aliani. Miraculously, children in the class were not affected.

Spiros Marinis, the President of the Federation of Greece Teachers, posted on Facebook a video of the explosion and drew attention to the seriousness of the incident.

As he writes edition Newsbeast.gr, municipality (δήμος κύμης αλιβερίου) carried out work on the exploding section of the pipe just the day before the incident. Information raises logical issues regarding the quality of work and safety measures taken during maintenance. The post of Mr. Marinis says:

“During the lesson in elementary school in Monodri, the radiator pipe exploded on Evebay !!! Only by happy chance, students and the teacher managed to avoid burns. ”

On the eve of the exploding section of the pipe, work was carried out, for which the municipality was responsible. The Association of Primary Education Teachers Kimi notes:
