Lifelong sentence for the murder of a girl from Ukraine

Court c Germany sentenced to a lifelong sentence to a man who killed a nine -year -old girl from Ukrainereports Bild.

Court c Hemnitsa Sentenced 37-year-old Andrei P. to life imprisonment for the murder of a nine Valeria – Girls who came to Germany with her mother after the start of the Russian invasion. The judges also established a special severity of the crime, which practically excludes the possibility of the early liberation of Andrei P. after 15 years.

The crime happened June 3 last year: The defendant tracked down the girl on the way to school and strangled her. After that he fled from Germany, but was detained in Prague After 11 days. Subsequently, he was extracted back to Germany, where the court began.

The man was previously in a relationship with Valeria’s mother, but a few days before the murder, the woman broke up with him. According to investigators, the crime could be an act of revenge. The court verdict became final, the accused did not dispute the verdict.
