Chania: Man attacked teenagers in cinema

While watching a film in a cinema in Chania, an adult man attacked 14-year-old teenagers.

The incident occurred last Sunday, December 22. Two teenagers and a young girl writes CNN Greece, sat in the back row in the cinema hall. At some point they allegedly made a noise. The man sitting in front of them was indignant, but did not waste any extra words.

He stood up, walked up to the place where the young people were sitting and first insulted them and then hit them with his fist. Both teenagers were injured, one of them quite seriously, having received a blow to the nose.

After this, the man left the cinema hall. The police were called to investigate the incident and look for the culprit. According to eyewitnesses, this is an adult, but not of advanced age.

The victims arrived at the Chania hospital with their parents and are being examined. Citizens who have seen or know the perpetrator are asked to contact the police.
