Last week, a 54-year-old woman in Larisa suffered moments of horrorwhen two robbers broke into her home and threatened her with a screwdriver.
First they went up to the attic on the first floor (in Greece, the “first” is actually the “second” floor), where the woman was. She heard a noise at the balcony door and hurried to see what was happening. Opening the door, she saw two men who burst into her apartment.
The robbers threatened her with a screwdriver and threw her to the floor, demanding money.
First they pushed her away and when she fell to the floor, they gagged her and tied her up. Then one of the robbers stepped on her head. Luckily, her elderly mother heard the noise and came down the stairs, notifying her son. Hearing a man's voice, the robbers let's run awaywithout having time to steal anything.
The woman told STAR TV channel about moments of horrorwhich she experienced in her home at the hands of two robbers: “I heard a noise on the balcony. I didn't have glasses to see what was happening. There were two of them, one rushed at me and, pushing, threw me five meters. I had tape, they wrapped my arms and legs, and immediately asked where the money was.”
She also noted that her mother heard a noise and “I got out of bed, went down the stairs and went to my brother. As soon as they heard the men's voices, they immediately ran away.”
