In December 2024, prices for melomacarones range from 9.90 euros to 24.50 euros per kilogram. Average price is 16.84 euros per kilogram.
The most expensive traditional sweets that occupy a central place on the table of Greek consumers are kourabiedes. Prices for this product range from 10.80 euros to 23.90 euros per kilogram, the average price is 17.77 euros per kilogram.
Melomacarons appear to be a more economical choice compared to kourambiedes, which is partly due to rising prices for the main ingredients of kourambiedes such as oil And sugar.
