The Turks started shooting in Glyfada: 2 killed and 1 wounded

In Glyfada on the square Karaiskaki, next to the church, playground and 200 meters from the police station, killers, presumably from ΜΙΤ, attacked their victims. According to media reports, as a result two dead and one wounded.

According to police sources, at 10 a.m. two armed men entered the ΟΠΑΠ agency and started shooting three people. The victims ran out of the store in an attempt to escape, and the armed men followed them and continued the attack, shooting at them.

In particular, a bloody incident occurred at the ΟΠΑΠ agency, near a supermarket on the streets Λευκωσίας και Βόρειου Ηπείρουin Karaiskaki Square (Therpsithea) and a few hundred meters from the A'Subdirectorate of Police of South-East Attica (Northern Epirus, 50).

Police sources say identification of the victims will soon provide more clues about what exactly happened. Sources even claim that the victims lived in a short-term rental (Airbnb) apartment located two blocks from the site of the massacre.

“My wife saw him chasing someone. There were a lot of shots fired.” The area was cordoned off by police within minutes. In the courtyard of one of the houses, police found a pistol and a jacket from one of the shooters. They seized them to send to a forensic laboratory. The events unfolded in front of residents, unsuspecting passers-by and small children who were at their school at the time.
