D. Medvedev: "Joe, this is the living dead, he wants to leave this world, taking most of humanity with him".

Former President of the Russian Federation and currently Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev fiercely criticized the United States over the prospect of transferring nuclear weapons to Ukraine.

The transfer of nuclear weapons to Ukraine will lead to an even greater escalation of the conflict with Russia, said Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev.

“It looks like the joke about the crazy Biden who decided to leave this world, taking most of humanity with him, is turning into a frightening reality.”– Medvedev wrote on Telegram. “Any such threat to transfer nuclear weapons to the Kyiv regime will be considered as preparation for a nuclear conflict with Russiahe clarified. – The idea itself is so crazy that it raises suspicions about the paranoia of Joe, the living dead and all those who advise them.”

Medvedev's comments address rumors that Biden is agreeing to the transfer of nuclear weapons to arm Kyiv against further Russian aggression. “We have no plans to arm Kyiv with nuclear weapons,” – said the White House.

At the same time, the West is increasingly showing panic amid escalating tensions with Moscow, which began with the launch of American missiles from Ukraine aimed at Russian territory.

This was followed by the launch of British missiles, Moscow responded by announcing a new nuclear doctrine and launching a missile strike with its new missile, causing consternation in the West, and after all this, Britain and France said they were considering sending their soldiers or mercenaries to Ukraine.

People may have just 15 minutes to find safety after a nuclear explosion

At the same time, Paris said it was also allowing Kyiv to strike Russian territory with French SCALP-EG missiles, which are identical to the British Storm Shadow (the two countries produce them jointly).

Moscow, for its part, has recently joined the race to the bottom. By intensifying its efforts both in eastern Ukraine and in Kursk, it is making significant progress. In Kursk, Kyiv retains 40% of the territory it captured in the invasion, and in eastern Ukraine it is pushing ever further forward.

Yesterday (25/11) the German government announced the start of construction of bunkers and that it will encourage its citizens to convert their own homes: garages and basements into them.

Today it became known that the US government has issued a guide to surviving a nuclear attack. This guidance, prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), emphasizes that after a nuclear explosion, people may have as little as 15 minutes to find a safe place.

Come in, stay, get ready

FEMA outlines three critical steps to survival: get in, stay home, and be half prepared. In the event of a nuclear explosion, people should immediately seek shelter in a durable building, which ideally would be a basement or central area away from windows. They must remain indoors for at least 24 hours unless otherwise instructed by authorities, and it is important to avoid going outside.

At the same time, FEMA warns that nuclear explosions can cause significant damage not only from the explosion itself, but also from its aftermath and the effects of an electromagnetic pulse (EMP). The government agency is urging U.S. citizens to prepare in advance by assembling emergency kits and locating nearby nuclear shelters.

A nuclear shelter is an enclosed space specifically designed to protect people sheltering there from radioactive debris or radioactive materials that dissipate into the upper atmosphere after a nuclear explosion. Many shelters of this type were built as civil defense measures during the Cold War.
