Iceberg salad with apple and Roquefort cheese


Iceberg salad with apple and blue cheese is the perfect combination of freshness and delicious taste.

For 4 servings you will need:

  • 2 heads of iceberg lettuce (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1 sour apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons light raisins
  • 2 tablespoons nuts
  • 100 g blue cheese shavings.

For blue cheese dressing

  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup kefir or yogurt
  • 3-4 drops of vinegar
  • 1/3 teaspoon grated garlic
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • A little chopped garlic.

Preparation

1. Refueling

Crumble blue cheese into a bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Mash them with a fork or puree them in a blender for a more velvety taste. Leave the dressing in the refrigerator to set.
