Thessaloniki's Panorama triangles have once again conquered the world, entering the top 10 best sweets


The calling card of Thessaloniki, the air triangles “Panorama” (τριγώνων Πανοράματος), have been included in the top ten most delicious sweets in the world in the “Bakery Products” category for several years in a row.

Seventh place goes to French croissants. The baked goods' feathery texture, golden color and crescent shape take us back to Renaissance France.

In eighth place are traditional Polish donuts. made from yeast dough with the addition of eggs, sugar, milk and fat. They are filled with roses, plums, apricots, strawberries, raspberries or sweet cheese.

Ninth place went to bureks, which are produced in Bosnia and Herzegovinathey belong to the category of breads consisting of layers of rich dough with various savory fillings.
