The incident occurred at around 19:30 near the Panetolikos stadium. The ambulance service (ΕΚΑΒ) picked up the unfortunate woman, who was covered in blood, and took her to Agrinio Hospital. The doctors at the hospital, despite all their efforts, were unable to save her and she died.
