EL.AS published photos and details of a 50-year-old Albanian who was arrested on November 1 for stealing from elderly people in the Thessaloniki suburb of Kalamaria.
By order of the Thessaloniki prosecutor's office, it is reported that the man under the name Bullari Lulzim, against whom a criminal case has been opened on charges of theft, was born on 03/13/1974 in Albania.

In this regard, citizens are asked to contact Kalamarya Security Department at 2310-029470 and 2310-455400 to provide any information. It is noted that anonymity and confidentiality of communication are ensured.
The criminal was detained by police from the ΔΙΑΣ group and during the investigation it was established that in the period from August 2024 to October 2024 he approached elderly people and, citing his status as a master, persuaded them to do housework for them at attractive prices, and to complete the agreement offered to go through in order to show the place where the work would be carried out.
There, in the homes of elderly people, the criminal, citing the need to inspect the work site, took advantage of the inattention of his victims and began to steal money or wallets. In total, he is accused of at least four thefts totaling 2,020 euros.
