Tragedy: a boy fell from the stadium stands and died

On Tuesday, October 22, a tragedy occurred in Nafplion: a 12-year-old schoolboy fell from the stadium stands and died.

The incident occurred around noon at the Municipal Sports Center of Nafplion. The police are currently conducting an investigation to establish the causes and circumstances of the tragedy. At approximately 1:00 p.m., people in the stadium heard a loud bang and hurried behind the stands. There they found the child's lifeless body in a pool of blood. An ambulance was immediately called, but by the time it arrived it was already too late.
