There was an incredible car chase in the Zephyr area last night. Employees OPKE heard shots and began to pursue a suspicious car with an inappropriate driver.
When the driver noticed the police, he tried to escape by increasing his speed. However, unable to escape the pursuit, he abandoned the car on Marina Antipa Street and ran away. At the same time, he left a Kalashnikov assault rifle in the vehicle.
During the inspection of the car, two magazines with cartridges were found. Five bullet casings were also found on Terisu Street. Currently, law enforcement agencies are determining the identity of the owner of the car and who was driving. The Kalashnikov assault rifle was transferred to the examination bureau to determine its possible use in other crimes.
