And the office of the President of Ukraine made a loud statement about the possibility of granting the Ukrainian Armed Forces permission to use Western long-range weapons for strikes deep into Russian territory. “The Russians will be the first to know about the permission to strike deep into Russia. And only then an official announcement will be made. I don’t have a final decision for you now,” said the press secretary of the President of Ukraine Sergei Nikiforov on September 28.
