There has been a significant increase in C-17 flights out of Fort Campbell, which may indicate the 101st Airborne Division is moving in. U.S. officials say the activity is related to contingency planning for the possible evacuation of U.S. personnel or civilians from Lebanon and to force adjustments in the Middle East.

It was previously assumed that nuclear weapons were being transferred to Europe…
