At least two pistols, 600 gold coins and jewellery were found by police during a major operation carried out in a Roma settlement in the Fili area on Friday morning (20.09.24).
The police operation involved 100 officers from the West Attica Police Department, as well as the MAT, OPKEEKAM. The entire operation was also recorded by two police drones, and specially trained dogs were used to detect drugs.
According to police, the pounds sterling were found hidden in a car tyre located in one of the Roma's homes.
