Chocolate banana cake in 15 minutes – no oven required

A very tasty and tender cake is prepared without baking, which is important in the summer heat. But it’s hard to guess – the result is simply amazing.


  • 450-500 gr. chocolate cookies;
  • 3-4 bananas;
  • 600 ml. milk;
  • 4 egg yolks;
  • 200 gr. Sahara;
  • 50 gr. butter;
  • 50-60 gr. flour.
  • For the glaze: 30 ml milk;
  • 50 gr. butter;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • 4 tbsp. l. Sahara.


Heat the milk until hot, and while it is on the stove, beat 4 yolks and sugar. Add flour, continuing to beat. Gradually add hot milk, stir well and place on the stove, stirring until the mixture thickens. Finally, add the oil and stir until it dissolves. The cream for the cake is ready, now you need to wait a little until it cools down.

Place a layer of the resulting and cooled warm cream on the bottom of the glass mold. The next layer is cookies, then again cream and then bananas cut into thin circles. Lightly coat them with cream, then a layer of cookies, cream, and so on until the end.

For the glaze: add 4 tbsp to 30 ml of milk. spoons of sugar, 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa, 50 g butter. Mix well and keep on the stove until the sugar and butter dissolve, remembering to stir. Cool slightly and pour over the top layer of cream on the cake. If desired, you can decorate it with pieces of chocolate or bananas.

That's all. Now put your “creation” in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, it will soak well and… bon appetit! If you don’t admit to your guests and family members that you made this delicate cake from regular cookies and without an oven, they will never guess about it. And, praising your skill, they will only complain: “Oh, why in such heat, and I spent so much time!”
