Traffic disruptions on line 2 of the Athens metro are caused by the evacuation of a person who fell on the tracks at Agios Dimitrios station.
The incident occurred on Saturday 15 June in the morning. Trains do not operate on the Syntagma-Elliniko section. Rescuers are working at the scene. The fire service is evacuating a fallen person, writes publication newsbeast.gr.
The man was rescued and taken to the hospital by ambulance. He is conscious.
