Peskov: Putin watched the attack of drones in direct mode

The Moscow prosecutor’s office launched an investigation due to the publication of photos and videos of the morning drone attack. The agency warned of administrative and criminal liability for “dissemination of unverified information” and announced that “fakes about the circumstances of the drone attack on Moscow” had been identified in social networks.

In the near future, the Russian Federation may adopt a law according to which all drones filming flights will face criminal liability, said State Duma deputy Andrey Gurulev. “If a person noticed a UAV in the sky, he should immediately call the police and report the coordinates of the object, and not shoot it on video”he said.

It should be noted that in Ukraine since March last year, criminal liability has already been in place for posting videos with air defense work or troop movements. Also, the authorities are actively detaining those who shoot such videos. This is done, apparently, not only in order to prevent adjustments to fire. But also in order to stop the panic in society.
