Maria Zakharova, an official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, spoke about a deep crisis in previously friendly relations between the Russian Federation and Greece at a briefing.
She noted the lack of signs of Athens’ interest in their restoration, quotes Zakharov GreekReporter:
“The once special, traditionally friendly Russian-Greek relations are today in a deep crisis. The reasons are known, we talked about them, these reasons were formed not by our will. There are no signs of Athens’ interest in restoring cooperation, and the Greek side itself has dismantled this cooperation yet.”
