A new hotel with luxury residences/apartments will be built on the Elliniko coastline tentatively in 2027.
BELT Riviera SA, established by TEMES SA and ELLINIKO MAE, has signed an agreement with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. According to the updated project, the investments include 5-star hotel with 123 suites and 17 branded luxury residences with unique views of the Saronic Gulf and direct access to the sea.
As stated in the Lamda Development announcement, the hotel will offer the high quality hospitality services that Mandarin Oriental is known for, as well as a variety of culinary delights and cultural entertainment.
The luxury hotel will feature indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces, just a short walk from the cosmopolitan marina of Agios Kosmos. Mandarin Oriental Spa in Athens will have insignia of distinction and include wellness and beauty treatments “with the delightful aroma of Greece”.
With a modern, highly aesthetic design and a privileged seafront location in the heart of the Athenian Riviera, Mandarin Oriental Athens is a truly unique experience for all guests.
