Impressive material posted on CNBC.com encourages users to visit less popular Greek islands and live there “like a local”. According to the news network, Greece consistently ranks among the top 10 holiday destinations in Europe. But it’s time to send your tourists to less popular places.
“We want to go beyond the sun-sea model and for this reason we are promoting more remote places,” explains G.G. Tourism Policy and Development of the Ministry of Tourism . “In addition to our regulars, we expect an influx of visitors in 2023 from countries such as Canada and India,” added Eleni Mitrakis, head of tourism promotion at EOT.
