April 3 stop of buses and trolleybuses in Athens

The trade union of technicians and workers ΟΑΣΑ-ΟΣΥ announced the stoppage of buses and trolleybuses on Monday, April 3, from 11:00 to 16:00, and a protest rally at 12:00 pm at the headquarters of ΟΣΥ.

In its statement, the union emphasizes that after the tragedy in Tempi, it is necessary to ensure safe public transport for the population and workers through the renewal of the park and the implementation of the signed ΕΣΣΕ.

“Transport is a public good, and human life has no value, human life has no value,” they say.

It is worth noting that a strike can be canceled at the last minute, as happened recently with the strike of rail transport workers in Athens, which was scheduled for March 28, 2023.
