By decision of the Minister of Immigration and Asylum, Mr. Notis Mitarakis, the temporary protection regime for displaced persons from Ukraine in Greece has been extended.
Temporary extension, as determined by the decision of the Ministry (AD: ΠΕ1146ΜΤΤΣΟ-ΕΙ4), has a duration of six (6) months, in particular from March 4, 2023 to September 4, 2023, with the possibility of automatic extension for an additional six (6) months, i.e. from September 4, 2023 to March 4, 2024
It should be noted that on the website of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum (https://migration.gov.gr/ukraine/) there is an information portal for Ukrainian migrants who arrived in Greece, which operates in Ukrainian, Greek and English.
