Accident with a passenger bus in the center of Athens

In a traffic accident with a bus ΟΑΣΑ in the center of Athens, 12 passengers were injured.

The accident occurred in the area of ​​Vasilissis Sofias and Sutsu (Βασιλίσσης Σοφίας και Σούτσου), a passenger bus collided with a car. As a result of the incident, 12 passengers on the bus received minor injuries. Nine out of 12 were taken to the hospital “Gennimatas” (“Γεννηματάς”).

The incident occurred today at 8:15 am, the ΟΑΣΑ bus was traveling along route No. 550 P. Faliro-Kifisia. According to edition newsbeast.gr, the vehicle left Sutsu Street and entered the traffic flow directly into the bus lane. The bus driver did not have time to slow down and crashed into a car. Perhaps the reason was the slippery road.
