This morning, a strong explosion rocked the building of the Panathinaikos fan club in the Athens district of Marousi.
As a result of the explosion, at 3:45 am, the office of the fan association on Anavriton Street, neighboring buildings and parked cars were damaged. A CCTV camera recorded a motorcyclist who stopped near the house and planted an explosive device.
A group from the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Department left for the scene. According to law enforcement officers, 8 shops, 7 residential buildings and 2 parked cars were damaged. One of the residents of adjacent houses was taken to the hospital for prevention – he has heart problems, writes newsbreak.gr.
ΕΛΑΣ conducts a preliminary investigation in order to identify the perpetrator and arrest him.
