Taxation: what "debts" to close by the end of 2022

With a number of tax liabilities, taxpayers must “deal” before the end of the year, otherwise fines will follow.

In detail:

  • Eighth installment ENFIA those who have not yet paid it will have to pay before the end of the year.
  • Sixth installment of income tax.
  • One sixth of the refundable advance payment.
  • Change in the return of retroactive payments and pensions received in 2021.
  • Changes to the return of unpaid rent from 2020.
  • Cash parental allowances and donations to cover presumptions.
  • Returns from heirs who died in 2020.
  • Applications to the Committee for out-of-court settlement of tax disputes.

We remind you that you can find out more about your debts on the platform of the tax service https://www1.gsis.gr/taxisnet or your accountant. All tax residents of Greece (persons residing in the country for more than 181 days) are required to register with the tax office.

Regarding the “Road tax” for 2023: how we reported earlier, the payment deadline is delayed until the end of February 2023.
