Gov.gr: Top 10 Services

When gov.gr went live in March 2020, no one imagined the huge response it would generate in terms of gratitude among citizens.

Within a short period of time, residents of the country began to visit and use the online service, being able to receive answers (in the form of certificates and certificates) to their requests directly from their home or office, without traveling, standing in lines.

What the figures from the Ministry of Digital Governance say

The number of digital services in March 2020 was 501, in November 2022 – 1490, and the number of citizens using Single digital portal served at least once and received at least one document through filing an electronic applicationis 8 134 174.

Ten most popular services

According to the Ministry of Digital Governance, the top 10 click-through services are:

1. remote prescriptions – 73 731 324
2. non-material referrals – 32 994 635
3. responsible statements (declarations), a total of 10,263,690 from the start of gov.gr until today
4. certificates of marital status – 5 233 952
5. remote prescription – 4 159 272
6. various permits, references – 3 220 021
7. 1,219,866 birth certificates
8. digital confirmation of the document (permit, power of attorney) – 856 410
9. birth certificates – 752 780
10. copies of certificates of criminal record (or non-conviction) – 503 982.

In total, census acts (on marital status, birth, citizenship, guarantors) reach 6,730,705, and registration acts (marriage, birth, cohabitation agreement, death) reach 1,285,942.
