Pre-bookings of tourist properties in popular off-season destinations during the three-day weekend from October 28 to 30 are growing day by day.

Since mid-September, pre-booking data for the first three days of the start of the “winter season” of apartments and houses registered on short-term rental platforms has been impressive: from 51% to 85%.

The figure now ranges from 85% to 100%, with rental demand exceeding 90% in the most popular winter destinations, according to the Panhellenic E-Real Estates Network.
