Are subscription fees refundable?
For monthly subscriptions:
When you cancel your monthly subscription, all future payments associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intention to cancel your subscription at any time, however your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription access and/or delivery and related subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

I’d like to subscribe, but I’m getting an error when I enter my email address?

If you would like to subscribe using an already registered email address, select the “Login” option on the order page.
