After examining the wound, the doctors stated that the patient “is not exposed to any serious health hazard”, and the guy was allowed to go home.
Based on the information currently available, law enforcement authorities believe that behind the bloody incident are gangs of underage who want to show their strength and claim their dominance in various parts of the capital.
