A few hours ago, for the first time in the history of wars, a swarm of Shahed 136 kamikaze UAVs carried out a massive bombardment of the Odessa port. The Odessa port and armories on the outskirts were mostly affected.

Iranian UAVs took off from a base in Kherson. They must have shot down 1 or 2, but the Ukrainian side suffered heavy losses.

An Iranian kamikaze drone (Shahed-136) is causing panic in Odessa as Ukrainians fire frantically to prevent the drone from hitting its target.
The Russians seem to be learning fast: two months ago they knew nothing about UAVs, and now the drones are flying in flocks. Iranian drones also hit targets in other areas of Nikolaev in the northeast of the western part of the Crimean Gulf and in Krivoy Rog north of Kherson.

An Iranian-made Shahed-136 (Russian designation: Geran-2) kamikaze UAV attacking a target in the port of Odessa. These are only test actions in combat before their massive use in air defense / logistics / etc.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to intercept them with conventional air defense systems, but to no avail. In the port of Ochakov, Mykolaiv region, a tug was hit, and a house in Krivoy Rog was blown up. One of the kamikaze drones hit the administrative building on the territory of the Odessa port. The building, according to the Russian-language telegram channels, was the headquarters of the Ukrainian military.

The use of Iranian drones prompted the US Congress to ask the Pentagon to expedite consideration of the transfer of “large” drones to Ukraine, – Reuters, and Israel promised to transfer anti-drones to Ukraine to combat Iranian kamikaze drones.
Earlier, a plan to sell advanced unmanned aerial systems to Ukraine stalled over fears that the drones could fall into enemy hands, Reuters reported. Seventeen U.S. congressmen have asked Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to expedite the Pentagon’s review of Ukraine’s request for large combat unmanned aerial vehicles, according to a letter sent Wednesday and seen by the agency.
Israel will give Ukraine anti-drones to fight drones. They can be used to deal with Iranian drones, which have become a problem – they are difficult to detect by air defenses due to their small size and low altitude. About it informs The Times of Israel.
According to Israeli media, an unnamed defense company is planning to supply an anti-UAV system to Ukraine through an intermediary in Poland. It is clarified that we are talking about anti-drones capable of resisting the Iranian UAVs delivered to the Russian Federation. Iranian drones are distinguished by their small size and the ability to fly at low altitudes, which makes them “invisible” to air defense.
