An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale struck near Pyrgos and 12 minutes later near Patras, according to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens.
The first earthquake occurred at 15:58, its magnitude was 4.1 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was located 26 kilometers southwest of Pyrgos, in the sea area between Ilia and Zakynthos. According to the Geodynamic Institute, the depth of the earthquake was 20 kilometers.

The second earthquake occurred at 17:10, and its epicenter was located 11 km southwest of Patras, the focal depth is estimated at 19 km.
