Electricity bills have left Greek households desperate as they struggle to survive under the heavy burden of inflation and the energy crisis.
It is important that social tariff beneficiaries CAT A and CAT B apply quickly so as not to lose their right to cheap electricity. Social tariff beneficiaries must go to the EDIKA page and apply with TAXISnet codes. They must apply for an IBA renewal each year and each time within two months of the deadline for filing tax returns (and any renewal thereof).
The application is being re-checked for inclusion in the social tariff (KOT). The deadline for submitting a new application is October 31, 2022. When submitting, you must fill in the number of the electricity meter. It is also required to provide an email address and mobile phone number that will be used to send any notifications to the applicant.
