A 49-year-old Bulgarian man raped a Greek woman who brought him food to an abandoned building in Vula

A 49-year-old Bulgarian man is arrested in Vula for raping a 60-year-old Greek woman who brought him food to an abandoned building.

The perpetrator is a homeless Bulgarian, to whom the woman regularly brought food. At eleven o’clock on Friday evening, she again brought him a plate of food and a bottle of wine from a bar she had built herself in the area. As soon as the woman approached, he grabbed her by the arm and led her into the barn, where he raped her.

She started pushing him and screaming, and the next day she reported the incident, and the homeless man was taken to the prosecutor’s office.

A 49-year-old foreign man accused of rape was arrested in a spontaneous procedure on the afternoon of 20 August 2022 in Voula by members of the Direct Action Division (DI.AS. Team). The above is accused of committing a criminal act against a citizen in the evening hours of 08/19/2022 in an abandoned house where he lives.

The case has been registered by the Wari-Vula-Vouliagmeni Security Department. The detainee was taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
