The snake bit the driver while driving on the road

The driver from Larisa had to endure moments of horror and panic when, while the car was moving, a snake that climbed into the passenger compartment bit him.

A very dangerous encounter between a car owner and a snake took place in Larisa. The driver of the car, who was driving on a country road on Saturday morning, near Sicurio, was horrified. An unsuspecting citizen, calmly moving along the road, suddenly discovered that there was a snake in the car! At that moment, without giving the man time to come to his senses, the reptile, apparently sensing danger, made a throw and bit the driver on the leg.

Because of the panic, he lost control of the car, which deviated from the course of the movement, writes dikaiologitika.gr. EKAV was called to the scene, the man was taken to the nearest medical center for first aid.

Not only Larisa is “famous” for a large number of snakes that annoy the locals and guests of the region, but also Patras. As reported by Athens News, a resident of the city will remember this day for a long time. Having had a great time in nature, resting and swimming, she returned to the car and found there … a whole family of reptiles! At first panicked, she nevertheless pulled herself together and, with the help of improvised objects, expelled the uninvited guests outside. After that, she quietly made her way back.

Imagine her surprise when, having arrived at the house, she saw two more snakes in the car! However, now that the woman was already in the city, among the people, she decided not to risk it and called rescuers to help. The fire brigade arrived at the scene, and one of the brave guys managed to catch the first snake with the help of a special device – tongs, and the second dived into an open sewer manhole out of fright. According to experts, these were poisonous vipers.

This is not the only case of snakes hiding in cars. According to serpentologists, unusually high air temperatures make snakes aggressive. We can say that the resident of Patras was lucky, but some of our fellow citizens were seriously injured by bites. For example, a 47-year-old resident of Phthiotida ended up in a Lamia hospital after being bitten by a snake, and a few days earlier another man was attacked by a viper in the town of Gonnus (Larisa). The doctors miraculously managed to save the finger, for which the man was bitten by a snake.
