Most apartments will have 1 to 4 bedrooms, and only a few will have 4 to 5.

It is assumed that they will be equipped with their own pools (mostly luxury apartments on the upper floors). The building will be LEED Gold and Wellbeing certified.

Purchase price per sq.m. on the upper floors is in the region of 25 thousand euros. The pre-sales, as Lamda implies, are for most apartments in the Marina Residential Tower.
