"Green light" construction of the country’s first skyscraper in Elliniko

The Central Council of Architecture (ΚΕΣΑ) gave the green light to the construction of the first skyscraper in Elliniko, called the Marina Residential Tower.

According to Lamda Development’s construction schedule, construction of the 200-meter residential tower will begin next October, with all necessary permits received by September. naftemporiki.gr.

This is one of the first building elements to appear. on the territory of Elliniko. The cost of construction will be between 180 and 190 million euros, and the total cost will be 250 million euros.

It should be noted that the original budget (based on which the pre-sales were made) was between 160 million and 170 million euros, but Lamda’s managing director Odysseas Athanasiou recently said that based on new data, his construction costs have increased by 20 million euros.

According to the decision of ΚΕΣΑ, the building in question (one of 6 high-rise buildings in Elliniko) special architectural design will have a total of 53 floors, including an underground parking floor and ancillary facilities. Most apartments will have 1 to 4 bedrooms, and only a few will have 4 to 5.

It is assumed that they will be equipped with their own pools (mostly luxury apartments on the upper floors). The building will be LEED Gold and Wellbeing certified.

Purchase price per sq.m. on the upper floors is in the region of 25 thousand euros. The pre-sales, as Lamda implies, are for most apartments in the Marina Residential Tower.
