The Turks continue to troll Greece. Turkish security and terrorism expert Yoskun Basbug threatened that American bases and weapons would be looted after the attack on Greece.
“American weapons in Greece will be our spoils of war,” Turkish security and terrorism expert Yoskun Basbug defiantly declared, calling Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis… “the new Zelensky.”
Speaking on CNN Turk, Basbug compared Greece to Ukraine, also referring to recent statements by opposition leader Alexis Tsipras. “In the equation between Greece and Turkey, in which I call Mitsotakis the new Zelensky, can they use him here? Will he fall into the same trap? It would be useful for the Greek people to remind Mitsotakis of the following: how Ukraine is now fighting for its life. That’s why Tsipras emphasized that “we will both be left to our own devices and we will have problems,” he said.
Elsewhere, a Turkish analyst emphasized Turkey’s strength against Greece, specifically mentioning the American presence in our country. Going so far as to hint that American bases and weapons will become easy prey after a Turkish military attack, and on the islands of the Aegean the Turks will dance … sirtaki: “The United States will be forced to leave the weapons that they brought to Greece, along with objects in as spoils of war.
