Social Tourism 2022: Beneficiaries Known, How to Appeal

The preliminary lists of beneficiaries of the Social Tourism Program 2022-2023 of the State Employment Service concern 300,000 people. For those who were refused, it is not too late to object – 3 days are allotted for this.

Since Friday, July 8, the beneficiaries whose applications have been approved have become known, the results can be found right now at ΔΥΠΑ official website.

Participants of last year’s program who have not yet activated their checks can have time to take a vacation until July 31, 2022.

Who can object to the refusal to participate in the 2022-2023 program? This year, more than 532,000 applications for almost 1 million checks were submitted – a clear record for the number of citizens who expressed interest. In addition, 1,500 tourist sites have registered to participate in the placement of beneficiaries.

Both providers and those who applied online and were rejected have the right to file a single objection to the results: Monday, July 11 at 3:00 pm to Wednesday, July 13 at 6:00 pm. Objections are submitted only in electronic form through the Unified Digital Portal of Public Administration (gov.gr).

The beneficiaries must first check for themselves whether they are responsible for an incorrect result caused by the incorrect completion of the application form by logging in using the access codes. They must also indicate the reason for the objection and substantiate their claims by attaching supporting documents by electronic scanning, in accordance with the terms of the program.

Similar requirements apply to service providers filing an electronic objection. They must substantiate their claims by attaching to the objection, by means of electronic scanning, their documentary evidence.
