Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Anton Gerashchenko, confirmed that several upper floors of a 9-storey building in the Shevchenkovsky district of Kyiv, along Tatarskaya Street (near the Lukyanovskaya metro station), were blown away by a rocket, writes “Country”, under the rubble people.
