The social tourism program for pensioners e-ΕΦΚΑ, the former OAEE, will be announced in the coming days by ΔΥΠΑ (ΟΑΕΔ), write the Greek media.
The program provides for the issuance of 25,000 travel vouchers for holidays by e-EFKA pensioners from August 1, 2022. The beneficiaries of the social tourism program for the period 2022-2023 will be pensioners, as well as spouse and children. The program will be valid from 08/01/2022 to 07/31/2023.
As for the duration of the rest, it is provided to the beneficiaries for 6 nights (for all regions of the country). Those who are going to rest in Lesbos, Chios, Leros, Kos and Evros prefecture will be able to spend 10 nights. Separately stand Samos and municipalities: Istiaia-Edipsos and Mantoudi-Limnis – Ag.Anna (prefectures of Evia). Here rest is provided for 12 nights.
The program will have the same characteristics as the 300,000 voucher social tourism program. However, there will be temporary and permanent registers of beneficiaries. The head of ΔΥΠΑ (ΟΑΕΔ) Spyros Protopsaltis stressed that the social tourism program for 25,000 pensioners who have not yet been included in it will be announced in the coming days.
