Vacation home rental asking prices are showing an upward trend this year, according to data obtained by Panhellenic Network E-Real Estates.

Large discrepancies, both in terms of the minimum rental period and, mainly, prices, are recorded in the asking rent of housing located on the Greek islands, compared with the corresponding rental rates on the mainland.

Thus, as he writes, a house with an area of ​​40 sq.m. in Paros for rent for 3000 euros per month, and a house of 55 sq.m. in Mykonos is rented for 25,000 euros. In Santorini studio rental 33 sq.m. for three months will cost 7700 euros.
