“>Twitter Joint International Group (JIT):

“Today was the last day of the trial for MH17. The announcement of the verdict is expected in November or December 2022.”

There are four suspects in the case: three Russians and one Ukrainian. At the last court session, the defense of Oleg Pulatov from Russia spoke, the newspaper reports. NOS. He does not admit his guilt and in the last word said:

“I have nothing to do with the crash of July 17, 2014.”

Pulatov claims that the prosecutor’s office “selectively” used contradictory testimonies and “concealed important information.” He then called the experts’ findings “unprofessional and inaccurate”, after which he called on the court to acquit him.

On July 17, 2014, a Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 flying MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in Donbas. All on board were killed – 298 people. The investigation established that the plane was shot down by Russian military personnel, with the participation of pro-Russian separatists, with the help of the Buk air defense system, transported to Ukraine from Russia. It belonged to the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

In addition to Colonel Oleg Pulatov (Gyurza), two more Russians are involved in the case – the former “Minister of Defense” of the self-proclaimed “DPR” Igor Girkin (Strelkov), Major General Sergei Dubinsky (Khmury), and also a citizen of Ukraine Leonid Kharchenko (Krot).
