Petali is an island complex located in the southern part of the Gulf of Evia. It belongs to the municipality of Karistos in the region of Central Greece. The other islands are Avgo, Lamperousa, Luludi, Makronisi, Pontikonissos, Praso, Tragos and Foudi. The total area of the complex is about 22.5 square kilometers.
