The old woman was run over by a garbage truck

In Nea Michaniona, the eastern district of Thessaloniki, an elderly woman was dismembered by a garbage truck.

This morning, June 1, a local resident who was walking along the road was run over by a utility vehicle. A city cleaning truck dragged a woman under the wheels, inflicting severe head injuries and amputation of limbs. The fatal accident was recorded at 8:45 am.

An EKAV ambulance immediately arrived at the scene of the tragedy. However, as reported OPEN TV, the injuries received by the woman were incompatible with life.

How this could happen and whose fault – whether the driver’s inattention, or for some other reason – will have to be dealt with by law enforcement agencies. However, the fact is that a woman who died tragically cannot be returned.
