US President Joe Biden’s approval rating has plummeted to a historic low. Even their own Democrats stop supporting him.
In May, according to a poll by The Associated Press, the American president’s rating was 39%, although in April this figure reached 45%. For the entire time of his tenure, the rating for the first time turned out to be at such a low level, after being elected it was 61%.
At the same time, a collapse occurred among the voters of the Democratic Party, from which Joe Biden ran. The results of the poll are not surprising, the commentary to the results says:
“They reflect a sense of exasperation in a country facing a range of challenges ranging from inflation, gun violence and a sudden shortage of baby food to a permanent pandemic.”
Analysts also found, writes REN TV, that only 33% of respondents approve of Biden’s actions in the economic sphere, 41% agree with the steps taken regarding the situation in Ukraine, and 59% of Americans approve of the president’s actions to combat the spread of coronavirus.
