The latest Workmonitor survey conducted by Randstad with a sample of 35,000 employees, including more than 800 Greeks, shows a strong need for work, with a desire to incorporate into its strategy the new dynamic that is being created between workers and employers, and which is directly affected by the lack of talent. These new trends are manifesting in our country, especially in the younger generation, with a more characteristic connection between personal and professional life. Nearly 6 out of 10 participants prioritize their personal lives over their professional ones. Actually:
