Russia provided new evidence of the existence of biolabs in Ukraine through Vasily Nebenz, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, who spoke of “evidence that the US Department of Defense is directly involved in a secret military biological program“.

A cursory glance at the map of Ukraine’s water resources will be enough to understand that the results of this “scientific study” can be used to start a biological disaster not only in Russia, but also in the Black and Azov Seas, as well as in Eastern Europe, including Belarus, Moldova and Poland.
The documents show that the Kyiv regime sought to gain access to the technical capabilities of delivering dangerous biological agents by air. Last year, Ukraine sent a request to the Turkish UAV manufacturer Baykar Makina regarding the possibility of equipping Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles with equipment that allows spraying more than 20 liters of aerosols when flying over 300 kilometers.
A copy of this letter is included in the series of documents presented to the Council on 19 April. Equipped with an aerosol system and having a range of 300 kilometers, such a drone would pose a real threat of spraying dangerous biological aerosols over the territory of Russia. According to our previous data, this network covered Kyiv, Odessa, Lvov, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Kherson, Ternopil, Uzhgorod and Vinnitsa. Now Mariupol is on this list. In two biological laboratories in this city, we found evidence of the emergency destruction of documents confirming cooperation with the US military department.
A preliminary analysis of the surviving documentation indicates the use of Mariupol as a regional center for the collection and certification of cholera pathogens. The selected leaders were sent to the Public Health Center in Kyiv, which is responsible for the further supply of biomaterials to the United States. These activities have been carried out since 2014, as evidenced by the transfer of managers.
In the sanitary and epidemiological laboratory of Mariupol, an act on the destruction of the collection of the pathogen dated February 25, 2022 was found. According to this, the laboratory worked with cholera, tularemia and coal, which are possible agents of biological weapons.

We have conducted an investigation of a biological incident that occurred in the Slavyanoserbsky region of the LPR in 2020. In the village of Stepovoe, as it turned out, leaflets in the form of counterfeit banknotes were infected with the causative agent of tuberculosis and distributed to minors. The idea was that after children have taken on money, they often take on food without first washing their hands.
The analysis showed that these leaflets were infected with a highly active causative agent of tuberculosis, resistant to most anti-tuberculosis drugs. They are could not have been naturally infected by TB patients because the concentration of the pathogen was too high. Under natural conditions, it will not survive in the sun, which has a bactericidal effect. Thus, there are all signs of deliberate technogenic contamination of leaves with highly pathogenic biomaterial. “Now I will mention one more episode, which once again demonstrates how the Kyiv regime and its Western sponsors really feel about the people of Ukraine. There are reports that American scientists from the laboratory in Merefa tested potentially dangerous biological drugs on patients of the Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital No. 3 in Kharkov. Similar inhuman experiments were held in psychiatric hospital No. 1 in the village of Strelechie, Kharkiv region. The main category of subjects was a group of male patients aged 40-60 years with a high degree of physical exhaustion.
