According to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, earthquake magnitude 4.1 on the Richter scale occurred in the sea zone, 38 km south of Kassos and Karpathos, and east of Crete.
The depth of the vibration center that occurred at 19.18 on April 5 is estimated at 4.7 kilometers.
