Arrest warrants: three girls blamed for deaths

Experienced homicide investigators dealing with the sudden death of the three children of Manos Daskalakis and Rula Pispirigou have already come to a “firm conclusion” about the causes of the death of the three girls.

Speaking on the Breakfast program, Georgios Liagas said that arrest warrants were being prepared in the case and that “you shouldn’t be surprised if there are more than two.”

“Yesterday we said that the arrest is inevitable. I have made a report and I can say that what it contains will be announced for the first time. I’m trying to find the words to talk about it so that there are no misunderstandings. According to my report, 2 arrest warrants will be issued in the next few days,” commented a lawyer speaking on the TV program and added: “My report says that we should not be surprised if arrest warrants are issued for more than two of people. That is, we can see orders for three people. But we’re talking about more than two people. You can start with one order. (…) In order to confirm the details of what happened, told by witnesses, we are waiting for the results and conclusions from the forensic experts. Now these are two parallel stories that will someday intersect. At the moment, when they have not yet crossed, one process does not touch the other,” he said.

According to journalist Giorgos Anastasopoulos of the Peloponnisos newspaper, speaking in the porogram, most of the police investigation has already been completed.

According to the lawyer, arrests are expected in the coming days, despite the fact that the investigation and the conclusion of the competent forensic experts have not yet been completed.

“In the coming days, we will issue an arrest warrant. We have information that the homicide department has moved far ahead, and now even the conclusions of the forensic experts will not particularly affect the issuance of warrants, ”the source told reporters.

According to him, the warrant is issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of Athens and will be applied until March 25.
